End of trial period: how to subscribe

When you create your Chekin account, you have a 2-week trial period during which you can configure your properties and add the guests for your reservations.

Once the trial period ends, you will need to complete the registration and activate your subscription in order to continue using Chekin.
You can activate your account by clicking on “Subscribe now.”

After clicking on “Subscribe now”, follow these steps to complete the activation of your account:

1 – First, select the number of rooms (for hotels/hostels) or properties (for rural accommodations) that you will manage with Chekin.
The minimum number of rooms for hotels is 20.

2 – Next, select the billing plan that best suits your needs.
You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription.

3 – Finally, enter the details of a valid credit card to proceed with the subscription payment.

4 – Your Chekin subscription is now complete!

Once you have activated your Chekin account and added a valid payment method, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to the billing cycle you selected.

You can switch between the annual and monthly plan at any time.

Any change in the number of active rooms or properties will automatically update your subscription, and the corresponding charge will be applied for the active rooms or properties during the applicable period.

In the Billing section, you can also review your past invoices.
