What is the Sinfonia portal?

The new portal for the Campania region (https://turismo.regione.campania.it/turismoweb/fe-portale-turismo/login) is a data management system used in Italy to report tourism statistics, particularly guest information. It is used by accommodation managers such as hotels and rental properties to record statistical data about guests. The system is designed to help authorities monitor tourism trends and ensure public safety.

Who must register the data?

All accommodation managers in the Campania region—including hotels, guesthouses, apartments, and other lodging types—are required to submit guest statistics to the Observatory portal. This requirement is mandated by regional tourism regulations to ensure accurate monitoring of tourism trends and compliance with local laws.

Accommodation providers must regularly communicate information such as:

1. Guest names and dates of birth

2. Arrival and departure dates

3. Nationality

4. Type of accommodation

How to connect it to Chekin

September 2025 update:
The integration with the new Campania Region portal, called Sinfonia, is now available.

Note: This is a beta version. During this phase, some errors may occur. The support team will guide you through the first tests to help complete submissions as soon as possible. The goal is to gather as much feedback as possible so the beta phase can be completed quickly. You will also find the word “beta” in the Legalities section to highlight this early-stage status.

Connecting it is very simple. Here are the steps:

1. Log in to your Chekin account

2. Click on Accommodations at the top, open the property, and go to the Legalities section

3. Under the police connection, you will find the statistics connection. Select Campania – Sinfonia API (beta)

How to obtain the credentials

These are the steps for Web API integration with the Sinfonia Turismo SMART portal for submitting tourism movement data via management software.

1. Check PMS integration
   Accommodation providers must check with their software supplier whether it is already integrated with the Sinfonia Turismo Smart portal.

2. Provide CUSR and API KEY
   If the software is integrated, the accommodation must provide the supplier with:
   • Its CUSR
   • Its API KEY

3. Where to find the API KEY
   The API KEY can be found by logging into the Sinfonia Turismo Smart portal in the corresponding section. Remember to save the configuration at the bottom of the page.
