# How to Manage Your Reservations in Chekin Without a PMS Integration (fr)

## Si vous n’avez pas d’intégration PMS, vous pouvez utiliser deux méthodes différentes dans Chekin pour obtenir et gérer votre liste de réservations.

#### Méthode 1 : synchronisation via iCal

La première méthode consiste à connecter votre calendrier à l’aide d’iCal.

### Comment fonctionnent les iCal dans Chekin ?

Vous pouvez importer vos réservations depuis des plateformes telles qu’Airbnb ou Booking à l’aide du lien de votre calendrier iCal.

### Quelles informations sont importées avec iCal ?

Lorsque vous utilisez iCal :

- La **liste des réservations est créée automatiquement dans Chekin**.
- **Seules les dates de réservation** sont affichées.
- Le **nombre de voyageurs est « 1 » par défaut**.

### Important

Cette méthode nécessite une **étape manuelle supplémentaire**.

Chaque fois qu’une réservation est créée, vous devez :

1. Ouvrir la réservation dans Chekin.
2. Cliquer sur **Copy link** (Copier le lien), situé au milieu de la page.

3. Envoyer le **lien de check-in au voyageur** afin qu’il puisse effectuer son enregistrement.

### Méthode 2 : utiliser le lien de l’hébergement (méthode automatique)

Cette méthode est plus automatisée et ne nécessite pas de synchronisation de calendrier.

#### Fonctionnement

Vous pouvez créer un **message automatique dans Airbnb ou Booking** qui contient le **lien de votre hébergement Chekin**.

Lorsque le voyageur clique sur ce lien :

- Une **réservation est créée automatiquement** dans votre compte Chekin.
- Le **voyageur peut effectuer son enregistrement directement**.

### Où trouver le lien de l’hébergement

Vous le trouverez en suivant ces étapes :

1. Accédez à **Properties** (Hébergements).
2. Ouvrez l’hébergement concerné.

3. Accédez à la section **Online Check-in** (Check-in en ligne).
4. Au milieu de la page, vous voyez le **lien de l’hébergement à côté du code QR**.

C’est ce lien que vous devez inclure dans les messages que vous envoyez à vos voyageurs.

**Important : n’utilisez pas les deux méthodes en même temps**. Si vous utilisez **iCal et le lien de l’hébergement simultanément**, les réservations risquent d’**apparaître en double dans votre compte Chekin**.
