Puedes consultarla aquí: **[Onboarding](https://support.chekin.com/knowledge/onboarding-integrations-guide?hsLang=es)** --- #### Fin del período de prueba: cómo suscribirse Una vez que te conectas a Chekin, dispones de un **período de prueba de 2 semanas** durante el cual puedes registrar a todos los huéspedes que recibas en tus alojamientos. Cuando finaliza el período de prueba, debes completar tu **suscripción** para continuar usando el servicio. Selecciona el número de habitaciones o propiedades (para alquileres vacacionales) de tu suscripción. El mínimo para el plan hotel es de 10 habitaciones. 2. Elige tu período de facturación preferido: **mensual** o **anual**. 3. Introduce los datos de tu **tarjeta de crédito** y procede al pago. ¡Tu suscripción a Chekin estará completa! Una vez tengas una suscripción activa y un método de pago válido, esta se **renovará automáticamente** al final del período. Puedes cambiar entre suscripción mensual y anual cuando quieras, y cualquier cambio en el número de habitaciones o propiedades activas actualizará automáticamente tu suscripción, de modo que Chekin solo te cobrará por las propiedades activas durante el período correspondiente. En la sección **Billing** también puedes consultar tus facturas anteriores. --- #### Cómo desconectarse de Chekin Puedes cancelar tu suscripción a Chekin en cualquier momento desde la sección **Billing** de tu panel de control, haciendo clic en **Cancel Plan**. Esto detendrá la renovación automática de tu cuenta, pero podrás seguir accediendo a ella hasta el final del período pagado. --- #### Cómo obtener soporte del equipo de Chekin Si tienes alguna duda o encuentras problemas durante el proceso, puedes obtener ayuda fácilmente desde tu panel de control haciendo clic en **Help** en la barra superior. Tienes dos opciones: - Visitar nuestro **centro de ayuda**, o - **Chatear con nosotros**. También puedes usar el chat haciendo clic en el ícono de la esquina inferior derecha. Además, puedes enviar un correo electrónico a **\[email protected\]**. --- #### Resumen: qué información se sincroniza con la integración y cuáles son las principales funciones de Chekin - Todos los **anuncios y reservas de Rentals United** se reflejan en el panel de Chekin, y si alguna información cambia en Rentals United, se actualiza automáticamente en Chekin. - **Check-in online**: tus huéspedes registrarán sus datos antes de la llegada. - **Self check-in**: si permites el acceso remoto, Chekin solicitará a los huéspedes la verificación de identidad mediante **tecnología biométrica** (función premium). - **Cumplimiento legal automatizado**: olvídate del registro manual de datos de huéspedes en los portales de autoridades; Chekin se encarga de todo. --- #### Preguntas frecuentes (FAQs) **¿Ya soy usuario de Chekin, puedo usar mi cuenta existente para la integración con Rentals United?** Lamentablemente no. La conexión con Rentals United requiere crear una nueva cuenta de Chekin. Descarga toda la documentación de la cuenta anterior y luego conéctate a Chekin a través de Rentals United. Contáctanos para eliminar tu cuenta anterior. **¿Cómo puedo añadir reservas a mi cuenta de Chekin?** Todas tus reservas de Rentals United se sincronizan automáticamente con tu cuenta de Chekin, ¡no necesitas generarlas de nuevo! **¿Con qué frecuencia se sincronizan las reservas en Chekin?** Todas tus reservas de Rentals United se actualizan en Chekin en **tiempo real**. **¿El enlace de check-in online aparece en mi cuenta de Rentals United para añadirlo a mis mensajes automáticos del PMS?** No, en esta integración **no enviamos el enlace de check-in online de vuelta al PMS**. **¿Chekin envía los datos de los huéspedes de vuelta a mi cuenta de Rentals United?** No, en esta integración **no enviamos datos de huéspedes al PMS**. **¿Chekin puede recuperar el origen de la reserva desde Rentals United?
