Esto se debe a que solo se requiere reportar los datos de las reservas realizadas directamente a través de su propio sitio web. Para las reservas realizadas a través de plataformas como Airbnb, Booking.com y otras OTAs, la responsabilidad de reportar los datos recae en la propia OTA, no en el propietario o gestor de la propiedad. Según el [Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre,](https://www.boe.es/eli/es/rd/2021/10/26/933) los datos de la reserva deben ser reportados en los siguientes momentos: - Cuando se realice la reserva o se formalice el contrato, o en su caso, cuando se cancele. - Al inicio de los servicios contratados. **Puedes activar el envío del registro de reservas siguiendo estos pasos:** 1. Inicia sesión en tu cuenta de Chekin. 2. Haz clic en "Propiedades" y selecciona la correspondiente.
