How to Use GuruWalk in Chekin

For Hosts:

• GuruWalk is automatically enabled across all your properties.

• You can disable it for one property or in bulk via the Upselling section.

• Hosts do not see exact commission earnings (due to integration limitations).

For Guests:

• If enabled by the host, guests see GuruWalk tours during check-in.

• Guests are shown tours filtered by the city of the property and their selected language.

• If their language isn't supported, the tours default to English.

• Clicking a tour opens a new tab on GuruWalk where they complete the booking.

• All tours are free. After the tour, guests can voluntarily leave a tip.
