How to connect WebTur-Friuli Venezia Giulia ISTAT

In this simple guide, we will show you how to complete the connection with Webtur.

What this connection does?

This integration automatically sends your daily tourist statistics (ISTAT C59) from Chekin to the WebTur system used by Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Once connected, we will send the required data every day on your behalf, including days without guests, so you don’t need to log in to WebTur and fill in the forms manually.

1. What you need before you start

Before you connect, please make sure you have:

  1. Your regional or national code
  • CIR (Codice Identificativo Regionale) – regional identification code of your property, and/or
  • CIN (Codice Identificativo Nazionale) – national identification code of your property.

You can find these codes in your communication from the Region / PromoTurismoFVG or inside your WebTur account.

  1. WebTur access credentials: https://servizistatistici.regione.fvg.it/webtur/jsp/wt/login_video.jsp
  • WebTur username
  • WebTur password

These are provided by Insiel / PromoTurismoFVG for accessing WebTur (test or production).
If you don’t know them, please contact the regional support and ask them to resend your WebTur credentials.

  1. Number of rooms / units in this property
  • This is the total number of rooms or accommodation units that belong to this listing in PMS.
  • Examples:
    • If this listing is a single apartment, set it to 1.
    • If this listing is a building with 5 apartments managed as one property, set it to 5.
  • This value is used for the WebTur field " camere disponibili" (available rooms) in the daily C59 report.

2. How to connect your property to WebTur in Chekin

  1. Enter your identification codes
  • Fill in:
    • CIR – Regional identification code (if available).
    • CIN – National identification code (if available).
  • If you’re unsure which one to use, you can enter both; we will use the correct one according to the regional configuration.
  1. Enter your WebTur credentials
  • WebTur username
  • WebTur password
  • These must be exactly the same as the ones you use to log in to the WebTur portal.
  1. Set the number of rooms / units
  • In the field “Number of rooms / units for WebTur (camere_disponibili)”, enter the total number of rooms or units for this property.
  • You can update this later if your property configuration changes (for example, you add or remove an apartment).
  1. Enable automatic sending
  • Activate the toggle:

“Automatically send daily statistics to WebTur (ISTAT C59)”

  1. Push the button “Save”

3. How daily sending to WebTur works

  1. Frequency
  • Chekin sends data once per day, usually for yesterday, to match how ISTAT reporting works.
  • For each day, we send a C59 daily movement to WebTur.
  1. What data is sent

For each calendar day and property, we send:

  • camere_disponibili – number of rooms/units you entered in the connection settings.
  • camere_occupate – how many rooms/units were occupied that day according to your bookings.
  • totale_presenti – total number of guests staying in the property on that day.
  • Arrivals and departures by country of origin (provenienza):
    • For each country:
      • arrivati – number of guests who arrived that day from that country.
      • partiti – number of guests who departed that day to that country.
  1. Days with no guests
  • WebTur requires a daily C59 record even when there are no arrivals and no departures.
  • In those cases, we automatically sends:
    • "camere disponibili" = your configured rooms/units.
    • "camere occupate" = 0.
    • "totale presenti"  = 0.
    • One line with " provenienza"set to a valid country code, and "arrivati"= 0, "partiti"=0.
  • You don’t need to do anything special – this is handled for you.
