How to connect my WhatsApp Business in my Meta Account? 

1. Go to Chekin > Inbox

  1. Go to Connect WhatsApp Business.
  2. Enter the phone number associated with your Meta account.
  3. Click Connect WhatsApp Business again.

2. Log in with your Meta account

You will be redirected to the Meta login page linked to the phone number.

  1. Enter your Meta account password.

 

💡Note: If you don't remember it, click Forgot Password to reset it.

3. Confirm identity

  1. Click continue to verify your identity.
  2. Meta will show a message explaining the connection to Chekin.
  3. Click get started.

4. Fill in your business information (Part 1)

  1. Select your Business Account.
  2. Enter your Business Name.
  3. Add your Business Website.

💡Note: If you don't have a website, you may paste your Facebook Page URL.

  1. Select your Country.
  2. Click Next.

     

5. Fill in your business information (Part 2)

  1. WhatsApp Business Account Name.
  2. WhatsApp Business Display/Public Name.
  3. Choose a Business Category.
  4. Select your Business Timezone.
  5. Add a Business Description (optional).
  6. Your Website will auto-fill from the previous step.
  7. Click Next.


6. Choose how you want to be identified when Sending Messages

 

Option 1 — Using the Chekin-provided phone number (recommended for most users)

Select Option 2.

 

Option 2 — Using your own phone number

Select Option 1



7. Verify the Phone Number

  1. Enter the verification code you receive.
  2. Click Next


8. Review Chekin Access Request

  1. Click Confirm to allow Chekin to connect with your WhatsApp Business account


9. Wait for the Connection to Complete

  1. This may take a few minutes.
  2. Once completed, a confirmation screen will appear.
  3. Click Finish.
  4. WhatsApp Business is now connected.

10. Return to Chekin Dashboard

  1. Click Continue.
  2. You will be redirected to the Imbox.
  3. Go to Settings to check the connection status.

💡Note: It can take a couple of hours for changes to propagate. You may see Pending at first. Once the status shows Completed, WhatsApp will be fully available inside the Imbox.
