INBOX: How to connect WhatsApp Business with Meta account? (English)
How to connect my WhatsApp Business in my Meta Account?
1. Go to Chekin > Inbox
- Go to Connect WhatsApp Business.
- Enter the phone number associated with your Meta account.
- Click Connect WhatsApp Business again.

2. Log in with your Meta account
You will be redirected to the Meta login page linked to the phone number.
- Enter your Meta account password.

💡Note: If you don't remember it, click Forgot Password to reset it.
3. Confirm identity
- Click continue to verify your identity.
- Meta will show a message explaining the connection to Chekin.
- Click get started.


4. Fill in your business information (Part 1)
- Select your Business Account.
- Enter your Business Name.
- Add your Business Website.
💡Note: If you don't have a website, you may paste your Facebook Page URL.
- Select your Country.
- Click Next.

5. Fill in your business information (Part 2)
- WhatsApp Business Account Name.
- WhatsApp Business Display/Public Name.
- Choose a Business Category.
- Select your Business Timezone.
- Add a Business Description (optional).
- Your Website will auto-fill from the previous step.
- Click Next.
6. Choose how you want to be identified when Sending Messages
Option 1 — Using the Chekin-provided phone number (recommended for most users)
Select Option 2.
Option 2 — Using your own phone number
Select Option 1
7. Verify the Phone Number
- Enter the verification code you receive.
- Click Next
8. Review Chekin Access Request
- Click Confirm to allow Chekin to connect with your WhatsApp Business account
9. Wait for the Connection to Complete
- This may take a few minutes.
- Once completed, a confirmation screen will appear.
- Click Finish.
- WhatsApp Business is now connected.
10. Return to Chekin Dashboard
- Click Continue.
- You will be redirected to the Imbox.
- Go to Settings to check the connection status.
💡Note: It can take a couple of hours for changes to propagate. You may see Pending at first. Once the status shows Completed, WhatsApp will be fully available inside the Imbox.
