Activate Remote Access

If you have a smart lock provided by TTLOCK you have to activate remote access tool in your Chekin account. You must first log in to your Chekin account via the web.

Once logged in, go to the "properties" tab and click on your property to access the settings. Then just follow these steps to activate it:

1 - Look for the "Remote Access" section within your property settings.

2 - Click the button to activate it.

3 - Once activated, a pop-up window will appear asking you to select how many properties to activate the functionality on and the total cost of the tool.

4 - Next, you must select your smart lock provider, in this case is TTLOCK.

5 - Once you have selected it, Chekin will ask you for the username and password to establish the connection. TTLOCK set your number phone as username, so you have to copy it and add it in Chekin. To find this information, log in to your TTLOCK account and click on "account information".

Here you will find a list of data, you will have to copy the value from the "account" and paste it into Chekin.

6 - If the credentials are correct, you will then get another pop-up notifying you that the account has been successfully added.

7 - Click save.
