NOTE: SES Hospedajes has informed us that the credential errors some users are experiencing are due to the fact that these credentials may periodically expire in their system. This is not an issue related to Chekin but rather a functionality of the SES Hospedajes system.
To resolve this:
You can recover or reset your password for the web service yourself by accessing the platform with the digital certificate you used to register.
If you need to obtain valid credentials for the web service, click on this link: https://sede.mir.gob.es/opencms/export/sites/default/es/procedimientos-y-servicios/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos/ and then follow these steps recommended by SES Hospedajes:
Access the SES Hospedajes platform using your digital certificate.
Use the digital certificate you used during your registration to log in to the SES Hospedajes platform.
Make sure the certificate is properly installed and configured in your browser.
2. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided by SES.
Review the attached document with the detailed instructions sent to you by SES.
Follow each step carefully to avoid errors.
3. Enter and confirm a new password.
In the final step of the process, enter and confirm a new password of your choice.
Click the "Save" button to complete the password change.
4. Find your username.
Your username is available in the "User Data" section within the platform.
Use it as a reference to enter your credentials in the web service.

NOTE: When you change the password in SES, we advise waiting about 20 minutes before entering it in Chekin.
If you try to do it immediately in Chekin, it will result in a credentials error because SES does not validate them instantly.
You're now ready to use your updated credentials!
